After the recent release of the Arcana Skin series,

I was inspired to design an Arcana skin for Ahri and create a splash art piece.

My main inspiration for this skin was the "Devil" tarot card and I incorporated symbols and metaphors throughout the illustration.

 

This piece took about 6 weeks to complete including the initial concept design and thumbnail layouts.

There were many challenges because this was my first time creating a splash art piece,

but it was still a great learning experience where I grew as an illustrator.

최근에 나온 아르카나 스킨 시리즈를 보고 영감을 받아 아르카나 아리를 컨셉 디자인하고 스플래시 아트로 작업해보았습니다.

이 스플래시 아트에 대한 주된 영감은 ‘악마’ 타로카드 였고 일러스트 곳곳에 상징적인 부분들을 녹여내고자 했습니다.

 

작업 기간은 컨셉 디자인, 썸네일 작업 포함 6주 정도 소요되었습니다.

스플래시 아트는 처음 작업해보는 포맷이라 힘든 부분도 많았지만 그만큼 많이 성장할 수 있어서 더할 나위 없이 좋은 경험이었습니다.
